Ascend Ads Management, operated by Ascend Management Group LLC, provides productized paid media management, creative production, and related services under fixed-scope monthly packages, or custom packages agreed in writing.
Package fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled with 30 days' notice. Standard packages carry a 3-month initial term; custom packages follow the term stated in their written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advertising spend on third-party platforms (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads) is billed directly by those platforms to the client's own payment method, and is separate from and in addition to our package fee.
Clients are responsible for maintaining active ad accounts, providing timely access and approvals, and ensuring their products or services comply with the advertising policies of the relevant platforms.
We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes (such as click-through rates, conversions, or return on ad spend), as results depend on factors outside our control including market conditions, budget, and platform policy.
Ad accounts, and creative assets produced for a client, remain the property of that client. Upon termination, we will assist with a reasonable transition of account access.
We treat client account data and business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver services or as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees paid for the package in question during the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a standard package with 30 days' written notice after the initial term. Custom packages terminate per their written agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated to active clients in advance. Questions can be sent to hello@ascendadsmanagement.com.
